This offer is valid for 1 month after the item is shipped and you must contact us before returning the item. Warranty & Returns Policy
All items are covered by a 12 month warranty against failure and defects. For returns please contact us first so we can discuss your situation and sort you out with a return case number. After you have filed a return you have 15 days to return your purchase to us. After this we will consider the item used and not accept it. 

Conditions in which we accept returns:
- If the item is faulty or is damaged during shipping.
- If we have suggested a tool to you for your vehicle which turns out to be uncompatible with it.
- Sometimes you might have ordered the wrong scanner for your car. You may wish to swap this for a scantool which will work. This will be taken case by case.
- If we ship the wrong item, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees

Conditions in which we do not accept returns
- If you the order wrong item for your vehicle we will not provide a return policy to you, please aware of this.
- If the item is damaged by the user, we can not provide an exchange service for you.

Return for an exchanged item
- If you ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange for a scanner to suit your vehicle, then contact us and we may be able to sort something out for you. You will need to pay the return shipping cost

If you change your mind or order the wrong item
- We have the right to refuse a refund for a change of mind or any other reason why you may no longer need the tool. We will deal with this on a case by case basis but we will charge a 10% re-stocking fee

Before returning anything, you need contact us and tell us your situation, if there is anything wrong with the scanner and also your order number. You must return your purchase to us in 15 days otherwise we will consider the item used and not accept the return.
